Welcome to Translation Agency USA, a DBA of Ideal Deals LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website at translationagencyusa.com (the "Site") or using any of our translation services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our Site or Services.

1. Services Description

We provide certified and non-certified document translation services across multiple languages. Our Services include, but are not limited to, certified translations for immigration (USCIS), legal, academic, medical, and business documents. All translations are performed by qualified human translators.

2. No Legal, Immigration, or Professional Advice

Our Services are strictly limited to language translation. We do not provide legal advice, immigration advice, notarial services (unless explicitly ordered as an add-on), or any form of professional consulting. The translation of a document does not constitute validation, verification, authentication, or endorsement of the content, accuracy, or legitimacy of the original document. You should consult qualified legal or immigration professionals for advice regarding your specific situation.

3. Document Accuracy & Validation Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT VALIDATE, VERIFY, OR AUTHENTICATE THE CONTENT OF ANY SOURCE DOCUMENT.

Our translators translate the content of your document as provided. We make no representations or warranties regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of the original (source) document
• Whether the original document is genuine, legally valid, or free from errors
• Whether the translated document will be accepted by any government agency, court, educational institution, or other entity
• The legal effect or enforceability of any translated document
• Whether the information contained in any document is current or correct

You are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of your source documents. If your source document contains errors, inaccuracies, or fraudulent information, these will be reflected in the translation.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our Services, including but not limited to damages resulting from rejected documents, immigration delays, denied applications, legal proceedings, or any other adverse outcome.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific translation order giving rise to the claim.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

5. Certified Translation Statement

Our certified translations include a signed Certificate of Accuracy attesting that the translation is a true and accurate rendering of the source document to the best of the translator's ability. This certification applies solely to the linguistic accuracy of the translation — it does not certify the accuracy, validity, or authenticity of the original document. Acceptance of certified translations is at the sole discretion of the receiving institution or agency.

6. Orders, Payment & Refunds

• Orders: By placing an order, you agree to pay the quoted price for the Services. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD).
• Payment: Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe.
• Revisions: We offer free unlimited revisions to correct translation errors. Revision requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your translation, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not available for completed translations that accurately reflect the source document.

7. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. While we make every reasonable effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to document complexity, volume, or unforeseen circumstances. We shall not be held liable for any damages arising from delivery delays.

8. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide legible, complete, and accurate source documents
• Not submit fraudulent, illegal, or forged documents for translation
• Provide accurate contact and billing information
• Review delivered translations and report any concerns promptly
• Use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

9. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

You retain ownership of your source documents and the resulting translations. We retain no rights to your content beyond what is necessary to provide the Services. We treat all submitted documents as confidential and implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. Our translators and staff are bound by confidentiality agreements.

All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TranslationAgencyUSA and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TranslationAgencyUSA, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Services; (b) any breach of these Terms; (c) any content or documents you submit; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in Texas.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
