We accept PDF, Word (.doc, .docx), JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and most common document formats. You can also take a photo of your document with your phone and upload it directly — as long as the text is legible, we can work with it.
Standard delivery is 24 hours. Expedited service delivers in 12 hours, and same day rush is available for urgent deadlines. Most single-page documents like birth certificates are completed well within the standard timeframe. Multi-page documents may require additional time depending on complexity.
Absolutely. We follow strict confidentiality protocols and comply with HIPAA for medical documents. All files are transmitted via 256-bit encrypted connections. Our translators sign non-disclosure agreements. Documents are stored securely and permanently deleted 30 days after delivery.
Our translations carry a 100% acceptance guarantee. They are accepted by USCIS, federal and state courts, and every major institution in the United States. In the rare event an institution requests a revision, we will update your translation at no additional cost. If we cannot resolve the issue, we provide a full refund.
No. We work from scans or photos of your document. You do not need to mail the original. Simply upload a clear image or scan through our website. Keep your original document in a safe place — you will need it alongside the translation when submitting to USCIS or other agencies.
No. USCIS requires a certified translation with a Certificate of Accuracy — notarization is not required. This is a common misconception. However, some foreign embassies and state agencies may require notarization. We offer notarization as an optional add-on service for $24.99 per document.
Yes. A clear, well-lit photo taken with your smartphone is perfectly acceptable. Make sure the entire document is visible, the text is legible, and there is no glare or shadow covering important information. For best results, place the document on a flat surface and photograph it from directly above.
You will receive your certified translation as a PDF via email as soon as it is completed. The PDF includes both the translated document and the signed Certificate of Accuracy. You can download and print it immediately. If you ordered physical hard copies, those will be shipped separately via USPS Priority Mail.
After payment, your document is assigned to a qualified translator who specializes in your language pair and document type. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and estimated delivery time. Once the translation is complete and quality-checked, it is delivered to your email as a certified PDF.
Yes. Every order includes unlimited free revisions. If you notice any errors, need a formatting adjustment, or receive feedback from an institution requesting changes, simply contact us and we will revise the translation at no additional cost.
