Multi-page documents like transcripts or medical records are priced per page. You will see the exact page count and price before placing your order.
No. The per-page price includes translation, certification, a signed Certificate of Accuracy, and digital PDF delivery. There are no setup fees, no platform fees, and no charges for common language pairs. Physical mail delivery is available as an optional add-on.

USCIS does not require notarization — a certified translation with a Certificate of Accuracy is sufficient. However, if you need notarization for another institution (such as a foreign embassy or certain state agencies), we offer it as an add-on service for $24.99 per document.

Standard (3-5 day) delivery is the most affordable option, expedited (24-hour) delivery costs more, and same-day delivery carries the highest per-page rate. Our standard per-page pricing applies to all 80+ languages we support, including less-common language pairs. There are no surcharges for rare languages. However, availability of same-day rush delivery may be limited for uncommon language pairs due to translator scheduling.
Yes. Every order generates a detailed invoice that includes the document type, language pair, page count, turnaround speed, and total cost. Invoices can be used for employer reimbursement, law firm billing, or tax purposes. Enterprise clients can also set up monthly invoicing with net-30 payment terms.
